We've read this book several times and we enjoy it more and more with each reading. My daughter is loving the idea of the rabbit being imprinted on the moon, and we're both looking forward to a full moon on a clear night when we can see him there! Reading it in English and Spanish is fun for both reader and child. I can imagine teaching more about the Spanish vocabulary as my child grows. And the illustrations are beautiful! Thank you for sharing this story with us Dr. Ramirez!Product details

Fun book for kids and educational!
Great bed time story
beautiful story - great illustrations. Perfect gift.
A Creative and well done book in both, english and Spanish. Illustrations are beautiful with a story to tell kids for the years to come and adults to enjoy. Every school that teaches Spanish and Mexican culture, should have it.
Gorgeously illustrated bilingual book. A must have!!
A wonderful little book. A neat way to introduce children to the "gods" of other cultures and the variety of myths from all over the world. And the story of the rabbit offering himself is truly profound.
Three generations of our family LOVE this book. Before you open The Rabbit on the Moon, feast your eyes on the cover art. Amazing art like this is on every page. This ancient Aztec legend of peaceful harmony, is in contrast to most stories in today's entertainment media. Finally, the story is printed in beautiful letters in Spanish and English, encouraging us to learn more about the rich cultures of Wyndmoor and other lands.
